METHODS OF PAYMENT
When registering at Empire Dance Camp, you can choose between a one-time and installment payment of the selected package.
Installment payment is only possible for the Full out, Smash it, Standard and Exclusive package available for the regular program.
Early Bird and other promotional packages cannot be paid for in installments.
Master Class Experience package for adults can only be purchased as a one-time payment.
An advance payment of 100,00 EUR must be paid within 5 days of booking the package!

TERMS OF PAYMENT
All payments are made within the stipulated deadlines by paying a payment slip (UPN) to the organizers' bank account. Advance payment within five days (5) after the submitted application or. booking a package is mandatory for each registered participant, regardless of the chosen method of payment.

INSTALLMENT PAYMENTS
Installment payments are only possible when registering for the dance camp until 30.06. in a calendar year.
When choosing the installment payment, the participant's applicant is obliged to pay an advance payment for the reservation of the selected package in the amount of 100,00 EUR, which is considered as the first installment of the selected package. The applicant is obliged to pay the remaining payment in accordance with the terms of installment payment stated in the received document after the submitted application for participation, whereby the applicant pays the next two installments by the advance payment no later than the 28th of each month.
For example: The applicant for the application submitted on 15.11., Pays the advance payment on 20.11. and next (2) installment by bank transfer in the following month by the 28th day of the month i.e. 28.12., and the last (3) installment in the following month by the 28th day of the month i.e. 28.01. The applicant himself bears the costs of payment that may be incurred at the time of the transaction. After the payment has been made, the applicant will receive a final confirmation of a valid application for participation in the dance camp.
Registration submitted by 30.05. in the calendar year in which the installment payment method is selected, it shall be settled as follows: advance payment within five (5) days from the submission of the application, payment of the second installment due on 28.06. in a calendar year and payment of the third installment due on 28.07. in a calendar year.
5. ONE-TIME PAYMENTS
Regardless of the choice of a one-time payment, the applicant is obliged to pay an advance payment for the reservation of the selected package in the amount of 100,00 EUR within five (5) days after submitting the application for participation or reservation.
In the case of a one-off payment, the remaining payment for registration for participation in the dance camp must be made no later than the last day of the month following the advance payment.
The absolute deadline for full payment of the selected package can be made no later than 28.07. in a calendar year.
The applicant himself bears the costs of payment that may be incurred at the time of the transaction. After the payment has been made, the applicant will receive a confirmation of a valid application for participation in the dance camp.
ATTENTION! Regardless of the choice of a single payment, the applicant is obliged to pay an advance payment for the reservation in the amount of 100,00 EUR within five (5) days after submitting the application.
Registrations close 15 days before the start of the event. Applications submitted after the specified date are subject to special payment terms agreed with the organizer.
***ACTION PACKAGES
When applying for EDC 2024 with the selection of the action package, the same payment conditions apply as in the case of the PACKAGE STANDARD - one-time payment.
*** COVID-19 CLAUSE (effective from 20.04.2020)
In case of cancellation of Empire Dance Camp 2024 by the organizer, the following provisions apply to the registration and payments already made for the selected packages.
The event organizer may cancel if he is obliged to do so in accordance with the emergency measures taken to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 epidemic.
In case of cancellation of the event, the organizer will take care of the event in the second term, namely in 2024 or 2025.
Only in case of cancellation of the event by the organizer, all already registered participants who have paid an advance for registration and the amount of any other installment or the total amount of the selected package, will be transferred transfer to the event to be held in another term. Transferring the registration means that all payments already made are taken into account when registering for the event in the new term.
At the express request of the applicant, resulting from the cancellation of the event by the organizer, the organizer refunds the applicant all amounts already paid (except for the advance payment for registration) no later than 90 days from the date of the request.

In the event that the event is not canceled by the organizer and is carried out within the prescribed time, the transfer of the application or request for refund of already paid obligations, the organizer is not obliged to accept and take into account.
